Edgar Kneupper serves as the operational backbone to Silver Sage. With a distinguished 33 year career in the US Navy and Air Force, followed by 31 years as an Austin Firefighter, Edgar’s life has been defined by safety and reliablity. His hands-on skills in home maintenance and his “firefighter-grade” eye for safety measures ensure that your loved one’s environment is not just functional, but safe and secure.

Michelle Kneupper provides the administrative and relationship-driven heart of the business. A retired University Business Manager and educator, Michelle excels at navigating complex systems and building lasting connections. Her business mind ensures that every detail- from scheduling to organization is handled with professional precision, while her educator’s heart ensures client feels seen, heard, and valued.
